Many years ago, I watched what seemed to be a fairly pedestrian late-night vampire flick on the tube. But there was a surprise ending. The leader of the local village vigilantes had a few moments alone with the vampire, just before killing him. After telling the vampire that he had been terrorizing the village far too long, the 'hero' revealed that he was a werewolf, and that he wanted all of the villagers for himself!

Because of the ending, the film is a great metaphor for international politics. Does anyone remember the name of the movie, or who was in it? Thanks.
