I rented and watched three movies tonight. I love a sequal!

1. White Noise 2.
Yeah they made a second one. Kinda Christian oriented, but I enjoyed it, I'll be afraid to look out of a window at night for a while....damn dead people always looking in windows.

2. Boogey Man 2
run of the mill thrasher flick with an " I'm sooooo much more fucked up than you" group therapy thing, I'm renting The Breakfast Club next time I wanna see a movie like that. Molly Ringworm is 10X more scary. Some nice naked moments, with beautiful actors.

3. Bad Blood
A Portugese film about superstition and possestion. So much God I felt like I was in church.....but It had me interested the whole way, It was original and at times very freaky. Subtitled. I recommend this film if you can do subtitles.

I dig a sequel too. If it is horror, I would watch a remade sequel to a remade sequel (think hills have eyes 2).

Anyhoo.... I was sick last week. I watched way too many films.

I haven't seen those yet, so I will pop the ones I have just seen and thank you! I am simply going through the ones I considered missable in every sense of the word. these were great movie night popcorn mindless fun.

Wrong Turn 2... one of Henry Rollins best b movie campy performances.

Hatchet ... surprised that the internet marketing and ad campaign REALLY threw me off as to the type of b-movie scream-clone type of film this was. The blood and gore, I believe, was comical every single time. Odd. the tall skinny dude that is going to be in Spiral is AWESOME tho... he is a surprisingly good actor. Good to see Kane Hodder too, but it truly was as silly as... umm.. Wrong Turn 2.

Captivity.... was.... really a lot more interesting and much better than I ever would have thought. I thought it was going to be total torture porn, which it is for the first 40 minutes. It gets complex, and I liked it. Surprised to say that, but I did.

Severance like I said... a hoot. VERY fun in every way.

The burning - Jason Alexander and Holly Hunter in this cult masterpiece. This is the 1981 sleepaway / blood / type camp film.. they burn a drunk janitor alive. Of course he is coming back!!!!

Big Bad Wolf... if you appreciated Ginger snaps for how well it dealt with werewolves, ummm.. don't watch this. this is vile shite. Worse than b-movie. It is horror, so I watched it. Bad take on the evil step dad being a werewolf. Sucked balls.

Masters of Horror.. cigarette burns... John Carpenter's entry... HOLY MOLY. This was awesome!
